Bent Creek Forest - Rice Pinnacle Trailhead

Asheville's backyard trail system. Use Rice Pinnacle for quick trail access. Take the North Boundary fireroad up to Five Points to connect with Ingles Field Gap.

North Mills River - Trace Ridge Trailhead

N. Mills River is wedged between Bent Creek and Pisgah. The Trace Ridge trailhead offers quick access to the backcountry. Plan on a longer drive to access this spot.

Pisgah National Forest - Ranger Station Trailhead

The Pisgah. Legendary mountain bike hotspot. Park at the Pisgah Ranger Station, and explore the endless backcountry trails. Pisgah always delivers.

Bent Creek Forest - Hard Times Trailhead

Asheville's backyard trail system. Use the Hard Times trailhead for easy access to the Arboretum as well as Lake Powhatan. Good beginner or intermediate trail. Parking is limited.

Biscuit Head - West

Asheville's king of biscuits. Big ole cathead biscuits covered in outrageously delicous Southern toppings. There's a line, but you'll be thankful you waited!
